MISSION of the Pittsburgh Overpass Project: Pittsburgh Overpass Project (POP) is an intergenerational, non-partisan and gender diverse coalition of open minded teams which have adopted overpasses in Allegheny County for regular banner displays. Teams decide on individualized, high impact issue-based slogans to promote awareness of the authoritarian takeover of our government. Banners, leadership, ideas and resources are shared among teams; that sharing is the Pittsburgh Overpass Project

VISION of the Pittsburgh Overpass Project: is to increase visibility thoughout Allegheny County and beyond of our message of democratic freedom and governmental change by increasing the number of overpass actions and community involvement.
